TBone is a RESTful API library for asyncio-based web applications. It provides a MongoDB ODM and serializer and tools to easily build real-time RESTful APIs on top of asyncio web frameworks such as Sanic and AioHttp
What's the difference between this Python project and similar ones?
TBone is the first library to provide full-duplex RESTful APIs for nonblocking web applications. Both Sanic and AioHttp only provide the basic http and web socket handlers. TBone builds on top of that and makes it easy to build APIs which are RESTful. In addition, if the app is using MongoDB as a datastore TBone provides an easy-to-use ODM and serializer , which is nonblocking, and integrates well with the API components.
