How to make works onclick listener of a button behind the overlay Panel section

Created by: SluggedGerm2

I have two buttons behind te overlay section of a panel and in this way their onClick listener's are not reachable cause of slidingPanel onClick. These buttons are on the left and right side of overlay sliding section. Is there a way to make works onClick of buttons if clicked them, and sliding panel onclick if clicked in the remaining area?
