how to make faded area(main layout) unclickable so i can touch or drag the views behind faded area

I have sliding up panel in a fragment and there is a map present behind this fragment and my map is visible. My slide panel layout in bottom only but faded area can not allow to drag map. how can i make map draggable by making faded main layout clickable or untouchable?
