Popper 2.x TODO

  • Update Popper docs links to v2 (search for https://popper.js.org/docs/ but don't blindly replace them!) Fixed by #32390
  • Update docs after #32405 Fixed by #32437 (Only for Tooltip/Popover)
  • Update the docs for fallbackPlacements for dropdown — https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/issues/32506#issuecomment-746509273 Changes were reverted in #32843
  • Add more JS tests to cover the changes in #31178
