Issue in single toggle button

Step 1) When I press the button, then it gets activated. Step 2) But, when I click on it to deactivate it, it doesn't get into deactivate state, but only after step 2, when I click anywhere else on page, other than this button, then the button is deactivated.

Tested in Firefox, Chrome all latest. Tested it in Bootstrap Doc: http://getbootstrap.com/javascript/#buttons
