support single instance mode

解决 https://github.com/geeeeeeeeek/electronic-wechat/issues/415 加入单列模式(singleInstance)并在偏好里面增加设置选项

默认还是允许启动多个实例
在Linux上测试通过

PS: 一些格式修改来自于eslint默认优化
