Dark mode doesn't darken "Get started in seconds" section

Describe the bug
When enabling dark theme via the navigation bar, the site darkens completely, except the Get started in seconds section on the Home page (https://create-react-app.dev/)

No terms were searched
Environment
Production create-react-app.dev site and on the home page.
Steps to reproduce

- go to create-react-app.dev
- In the navigation bar, change the sun toggler to night
- The dark theme will appear
- Scroll down on the Home page to see the Get started in seconds section
- Observe that this section ignores the dark theme
Expected behavior
(Write what you thought would happen.)
Entire site is coverted into the dark theme with shades of black (or close to black)

I am using Brave browser (new build that is based off Chromium) version 0.7.022
