Localized websites in another URL?

All,

I'm in the Japanese Community of Web A11y, and deeply impressed about community efforts for https://a11yproject.com/ make more better place.

Last day, I'm discussed in the Japanese a11y community about making web sites for a11y beginners, which consist of know-how about web a11y and Japanese-specific a11y contents.

Is it possible that we'll translate whole https://a11yproject.com/ and serve it in another FQDNs? Of cource, we'll express clearly that originail web contents are from a11yproject.com. And we'll like to add some contents which is Japanese-specific a11y know-how in that website.

If not, I'd like to discuss about how to add some language-specific contents in the language sub directory, may be in #511 ?
