Checklist: Roles - inaccuracy

Created by: hmig

The section of the checklist regarding roles is not accurate anymore per the w3c spec: http://www.w3.org/TR/html-aria/#rules-wd.

"Setting an ARIA role and/or aria-* attribute that matches the default implicit ARIA semantics is unnecessary and is not recommended as these properties are already set by the browser."

Steve Faulkner wrote about it as well: http://html5doctor.com/on-html-belts-and-aria-braces/.

The w3c validator already sets warning flags on such usage.
