Marks segment moves as "our mangling" for proper spill restoration on translation.
Adds segment move mangling opcodes to the list of known manglings to avoid marking as unsupported, which can lead to translation failures.
Tested on the decode-stress test on Linux and Windows. #1025 (closed) and #4618 cover enabling/un-ignoring the test in the suite.
