Add more comprehensive instruction decoder tests from binutils.

I'd like to pull in the comprehensive gas suite from binutils into our test suite, i.e. the objdump - decoder part (since we can't read assembler mnemonics - yet). Looking at the binutils regression, this should be doable. We should be able to re-encode the instructions in our regression.
